Delete your Cute Call account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time.
Option 1: inside the app (fastest)
- Open Cute Call and log in.
- Go to Profile and tap Legal and safety.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account, then confirm.
Option 2: by email (if you cannot open the app)
Email cutecallgrievance@gmail.com from the Gmail address you used to sign up. Write "Delete my account" and include your 8 digit Cute Call ID if you remember it. We will confirm by reply.
What happens next
- Your account is closed within 7 days. You are logged out and cannot log in again.
- Your balance, VIP and chats are removed. This cannot be undone.
- We keep a basic record for 30 more days in case of a complaint or dispute, then remove your name, email, date of birth, bio and profile photo.
- Records the law makes us keep, such as payment and call records, are kept without your personal details.
Partners (employees) can use the same steps or email us from their registered email.
