Child Safety Standards
Cute Call has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualising a minor, and any attempt to contact or exploit a minor. Cute Call is an app only for adults aged 18 years or older.
1. Who can use Cute Call
- Every user must confirm that they are 18 years or older before creating an account, and must give their date of birth.
- Every partner (employee) who takes calls and chats is verified to be 18 years or older before their profile is activated.
- We close any account that we find belongs to a person under 18.
2. What is not allowed
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or content that appears to involve a minor.
- Grooming, asking a minor for photos or personal details, or arranging to meet a minor.
- Sharing, requesting or promoting CSAM in any form (profile photos, chat photos, support photos, messages or calls).
- Nudity, sexual acts and obscene content of any kind.
3. How we prevent and detect abuse
- 18+ declaration and date of birth at sign-up.
- Our team reviews profile photos, reports and complaints, and can remove a photo and block an account at once.
- Users and partners can report and block anyone from a chat or profile, inside the app.
- We do not allow hidden or anonymous identities: every user has a unique ID linked to a verified Google account.
4. How to report a child safety concern
- Inside the app: open Profile → Support and raise a ticket, or use the Report button on any chat or profile. Choose the reason that matches.
- By email: cutecallgrievance@gmail.com
We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours. Reports about children are handled first.
5. What we do when we find CSAE
- We remove the content and permanently ban the account.
- We keep the related records safely and report to the authorities as the law requires, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) and the police.
- We fully cooperate with law enforcement requests made under the law.
6. Laws we follow
We follow the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and other applicable child safety laws.
